Value Education

Can we ever be happy with the present patterns of Education - having an increasing focus on consumerism and profit making with materialistic approaches?

No. Certainly not. This is not the world that we want to shape for ourselves and our children. We look for something more. Something better. Better than what it is so far. The future generations will not excuse us for any of our acts that overlook their concerns.

Our Philosophy of education is not just awarding degrees to the students for their academic pursuits. We focus on the need to shape him/her as a value based human being.

SAHA strongly believes that quality education should invariably aim developing responsible citizens by imbibing human values and development of a positive attitude towards the fellow human beings and a harmonious World. The unique feature of all our educational initiatives shall be value based education that strives to shape a better citizen in every professional who passes out from the schools.

‘Mahatma Gandhi Vishva Bharati’ (the proposed University in India) shall be a laboratory of inculcating ‘Human Values’ amongst all its students. The focus of the curriculum shall be  education with Human Values.  We strive to establish similar Institutions in various other developing nations.

It shall shape the students as a responsible citizen to shape a better world.

We follow the model of Sri Sathya Sai University (formerly Sri Sathya Sai Institute for Higher Learning) at Puttaparthi in India. The University stands as a unique and successful example of an effective blend of Values and Education, in shaping the students - not only as a better professional but also a better citizen.
